How much is delivery? Please note that all deliveries will require a signature. How long will it take for my delivery to arrive? We will endeavour to dispatch your items within 24 hours of receiving the order, however please allow up 10 days for delivery. While we currently are unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery if you need your order delivered by a specific date please put this date in the 'Delivery Instructions' box and we will do our best to get it there in time. What do I do if I need to exchange / refund my order? If you need to exchange your order this is no problem. Simply put the order back in the packaging it came in and post it back to us by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Fill out the returns form detailing why you want to exchange it and what for and we will send out the replacement once we receive it. A refund works in exactly the same way, except that as soon as we receive the returned order we will issue you with a full refund less the original postage cost.
